Swedish Massage
You can choose from a full body
massage or a shorter relaxing back massage. Either way you will feel
revitalised and chilled out. At it's most basic, massage is a simple way of easing pain
while at the same time aiding relaxation and promoting and feeling of
care and well being.
Hot Stone Massage
This therapy is becoming widely known for its deeply relaxing benefits.
It employs a technique that uses smooth, heated basalt stones which are
placed on specific acupressure points on the body to melt away knots,
tension and stress. It can be applied as a relaxation technique using
hot essential oils. The
direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater
intensity than with regular massage.
